Shipping & Taxes

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs are usually included, but final charges may vary by region. The final amount will be shown at checkout or confirmed by customer service.

Does the product price include taxes?

Our prices usually don’t include import taxes, like VAT. Since tax rules differ from country to country, the exact amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address of my order later?

What are the lead times?

In-stock items usually ship within 1 week. Custom or made-to-order items typically 1–4 weeks. Exact timing is confirmed when you place your order.

Can I track my order?

Can I request faster shipping?

Returns and Refund

My product has arrived but I have given up, what should I do?

Returns are possible within 14 days if items are unused, in original packaging, with receipt and tags. Custom items can’t be returned.For more details,see the Return & Refund Policy.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Check your order on delivery. For fragile items, record the unboxing. Email service.umx@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos or video.

How long until I get my refund?

Once we confirm the item’s condition, refunds are sent to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.

 How do I maintain LED lighting?

Avoid high temperatures and frequent rapid switching. Clean with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth—do not use alcohol or corrosive cleaners. Use a stable power supply and avoid long-term storage in humid or extreme conditions.
