UMX currently offers international shipping to eligible destinations displayed at checkout. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, total shipment weight, and product configuration.

Shipping charges are calculated according to:

• The total shipment weight
• The selected shipping method
• The delivery destination
• Applicable handling, inspection, and final-mile delivery costs

The available rate will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, address changes after dispatch, storage, or special delivery requirements may be charged separately.

• Non-custom products: Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. After shipment, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom products: Orders may be canceled before shipment, but a customization fee of at least 25% may apply.
• Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect.
• Certain oversized or high-value furniture items are non-returnable once shipped.
